A Partnership is where you enter into business usually with up to 10 partners, and like a sole proprietorship you are responsible for profits/liabilities but only as a portion of your ownership/stake in the business.
Finally, a corporation is a recognized separate legal entity by the government that has it’s own status – meaning the profits, liabilities, taxes, etc. are different and separated even from the business owners (even if you’re just 1 owner!) – the decreased liability is especially appealing to many business owners, but sometimes incorporating is not the best idea for your business type.
